Can I pay after I get my cover?
Unfortunately, we are also vulnerable to fraudulent activity and do not start work without payment. But you can deposit half of the amount if you work with us for the first time and do not trust us. This is perfectly reasonable!
In what time fram will I recieve my art?
On average, you get your art within seven to ten days. But the exact terms of development will be known only after we have discussed your task.
What are your payment methods?
All the transactions are taken only via paypal. This helps the transactions to be more secure with their buyer and seller protection policy.
Do I get revisions for the artwork I receive from the artist?
Yes! There will be 2 revisions for free once the artwork has been submitted to the client. If necessary, further revisions will be charged on a hourly basis. Minor changes such as repositioning and scaling will not be charged!
What if I don't like the art?
That is why the workflow is divided into several parts, where you can make free adjustments and control the process.
